I’m the Chief Design Officer at Augusto Digital, where I lead our Experience Design, Product Services, and Growth Marketing teams. My focus is on shaping digital experience strategy that drives measurable business impact. Since stepping into this role, I’ve helped grow our book of business by 50%, expanded our service offerings, and built one of the company’s top-performing teams with best-in-class margins.

My background in Industrial Design and Human-Centered Design continues to guide how I approach complex problems. I focus on clarity, purpose, and the people at the center of every solution. I believe design is most powerful when it connects vision with execution, aligning teams and translating ideas into outcomes that matter.

At Augusto, I’m advancing how AI, VibeCoding, and agentic automation enhance creative workflows—helping teams work smarter, not harder. Collaboration across disciplines is where the best ideas emerge, and I’m committed to building systems and cultures that enable that kind of creativity.

Beyond my role, I stay active in the design community as a past co-chair of Midwest UX, past local leader for IxDA Grand Rapids, and co-founder of Ladies that UX Grand Rapids. Teaching and mentorship have always been part of my practice, from coLearning at The Factory to courses at Kendall College of Art and Design.

I’m an optimist with a deep attention to detail, dedicated to designing experiences that bridge people, products, and purpose.
